Why Offer Fees for Services?

We are pleased to offer our clients a fee-based marketing solution for Sellers of real estate. Fee for service marketing options offer our clients a greater amount of control over their transaction, flexibility in their plan, and it maximizes their selling options in a way that isn’t offered anywhere else.

What is a Fee Based Marketing Service?

The Fee Based Marketing Service solution gives sellers greater choice and control over the marketing of their real estate transaction.

In this business model, major facets of the marketing of the Sellers home, such as competitive market analysis, ad creation and placement are available as stand alone packages. Various marketing tasks are packaged together to ensure we are still providing the best exposure possible. All packages include a 3% Buyers Agent commission due at closing.

For review and presentation of offers, price and terms negotiations, review of contractual material and closing attendance and supervision, the Seller pays a 1% commission due at closing.

What is The Benefit to the Client?

This provides the seller with greater choice and control over their real estate marketing and ultimate transaction. They can choose one of our marketing package options and at any point in the process, should they want to terminate, they’re not contractually bound. Or, a Seller may upgrade to full service at any point, with all monies paid to date being credited against the final commission due at closing.

How is a Fee Based Marketing Service Different from Discount Brokerage?

Discount brokerage is not the same as our fee based marketing solution. The first provides a reduced level of real estate services at a lower cost, while a fee based marketing service solution offers consumers a variety of marketing services for a specific fee, providing clients with genuine flexibility in their marketing services.
